    DEI - applied to the kitchen -- every coock, cleaner, dishwashers, sur chef, chef, food server, waitress and waiter has a voice has their favourite dish, spice, recipe way of cooking cleaning etc -- lets all together design a menu and cook and serve the dish vs Hierarchical structure or the NORMAL restaurant with definitive roles, skills, DEMONSTRATED ABILITY to perform DESIGNATED task ---- to follow a fkn recipe created by their mothers past down from their grandmothers ... Which restaurant would you preffer to eat in or work in ???

    worked with him few years back , although a CTO should be involved in shaping tech across company but I have hardly seen Prabhu getting involved into tech even a little bit, the whole tech was just a bunch of freshers writing whatever they want to write , this is what happens when you get a job because of your wife once used to work with Owner of company and not because of your own expertise.......Anyways such folks will always get a job in management role somewhere or other place ...............

    Say no to DEI. It is just a front for vast new racial preferences, thought police and commissars. By "equity" they mean forced equal outcomes, not equality of opportunity (which they say is racist). DEI is cultural Marxism based on race, and fundamentally un-American. Remember: equal people are never free and free people are never equal. Focus on equal opportunity for all and let the chips fall where they may.

    Equal opportunities are good but equal outcomes is very wrong and will end up in total division. Promoting a hiring environment based on skin colour is the definition of racism. Its reverse racism and it will cause huge problems in every business. This has all been done before in China, Russia, Europe and it didn't end well.
